Our All Levels class is perfect for everyone, from complete beginners to experienced yogis. We offer a supportive and safe environment to practice yoga, while catering to each individual's level. I will guide you through poses, breathing techniques and meditation, allowing you to progress at your own pace.
Level 2/3
Level 2/3 yoga classes are perfect for experienced yogis looking to challenge themselves and take their practice to the next level. These classes offer more advanced poses and sequences to help practitioners strengthen and refine their practice. With a focus on proper alignment and breath work, these classes are designed to help students find greater balance and confidence in their practice and going deeper into their meditation.


Private
Private classes offer an opportunity to work one-on-one with a yoga teacher to create a personalized practice. Whether you are a beginner just starting out, or an experienced yogi looking to deepen your practice, a private class allows for the teacher to focus solely on your individual needs and goals. Through a private class, students can receive personalized guidance and instruction to help build a strong foundation for their practice.
Pregnancy Yoga
After three pregnancies and practicing yoga throughout the pregnancy Viridiana is aware of how important it is to take the time to physical and mental preparation for the big day. Yoga has a lot to offer us during this very special stage through the Asanas to connect and strengthen the body during the different stages of pregnancy, and through breathing exercises and what
most importantly through meditation.
The main objective of practicing yoga during pregnancy is to connect deeply with the breath to direct the attention more towards the interior and take advantage of the greater sensitivity that one has at this stage, so
that we can connect with ourselves and with the baby, in addition to understand and control well the breathing techniques that help us to be
more relaxed and then will be of great help during childbirth. In the physical part, more flexibility will be achieved, less back pain,
strengthening of the pelvic floor. Control of leg cramps and to have better quality of sleep, among others.


Yoga With Kids
This class will be above all a lot of fun! Our top priority is that practice is a constant game where there is no place for boredom or to distractions. Play for children is food and prepares them for interact with their environment. How nice to be able to offer you a game where postures are copied imitating animals and different situations of nature and promote the playful sense associated with the pleasure of
movement and play Through these games children and adults move freely, express themselves in entertaining and varied ways, channel their energy, develop their emotional intelligence and become aware of the possibilities and sensations of their body, helping them with the creativity, concentration and respect for everyone in the family.
In addition, it is an excellent way to share quality time in
family and to relate in other ways, improving and strengthening the links and learning from each other, collaborating and generating more confidence and fun.
RECORDED CLASSES

We offer recorded classes so that you can practice yoga on your own schedule. Our recorded classes give you the flexibility to practice yoga whenever it's convenient for you, allowing you to see and practice the poses and sequences at any moment you want. Our classes are tailored to fit your individual needs and goals.
